1. Warranty Provider
This Limited Warranty is provided by MANOLI CORP LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States of America, operating under the trade name Miron Atelier ("Miron Atelier," "we," "us," or "our"). Contact: support@miron-atelier.com | +1 (505) 498 4993
2. What This Warranty Covers
Subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth herein, Miron Atelier warrants that all motorized watch winder products sold directly through miron-atelier.com ("Covered Products") are free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting the motor and winding mechanism for a period of two (2) years from the date of original delivery to the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").
This warranty covers:
- Failure of the electric motor to initiate or sustain rotation
- Failure of the winding mechanism to complete a full rotation cycle
- Electrical defects originating within the motor unit under normal operating conditions
- Malfunction of the timing or direction programming module when operated within the specified parameters published on our website
3. Who Is Covered — Non-Transferability
This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser of the Covered Product. It is strictly non-transferable and does not extend to any subsequent owner or third party, with the sole exception described in Section 4.6 (Gift Purchases).
4. Eligibility — Conditions Required to File a Warranty Claim
A warranty claim will be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are simultaneously met. Failure to satisfy any single condition will render the claim ineligible, and Miron Atelier reserves the right to decline the claim accordingly.
4.1 — Direct Purchase Requirement
The Covered Product must have been purchased directly and exclusively from miron-atelier.com. Products acquired through third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any unauthorized reseller) are expressly excluded from this warranty.
4.2 — Proof of Purchase
You must provide valid proof of purchase, including your original order confirmation number, the email address used at time of purchase, and the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping carrier. No warranty service will be initiated without verified proof of purchase traceable in our order management system.
4.3 — Mandatory Diagnostic Evidence
Prior to any warranty determination, you must submit to our support team either: (a) a video of minimum 30 seconds clearly demonstrating the defect with the winder powered on and in operation, OR (b) a minimum of three (3) photographs of the defect from different angles with a written description of the malfunction. Our warranty team will review your submission within 5 to 7 business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation. Incomplete submissions will be placed on hold and may be closed if the claimant does not respond within 14 calendar days.
4.4 — TPD Compliance
The Covered Product must have been operated within the recommended TPD (Turns Per Day) settings for your specific watch brand and model. Miron Atelier publishes brand-specific TPD recommendations in our FAQ & TPD Guide. Any warranty claim will be denied if our diagnostic review determines the product was operated outside published recommended TPD ranges. Exceeding recommended TPD settings constitutes improper use and voids this warranty.
4.5 — Original Power Accessories and Voltage
The Covered Product must have been used exclusively with the power adapter and accessories included in the original Miron Atelier packaging, or with accessories explicitly approved in writing by Miron Atelier. Use of third-party power adapters, voltage converters, or unapproved accessories permanently voids this warranty. Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or electrical incompatibility is excluded under all circumstances.
4.6 — Gift Purchases
If the Covered Product was purchased as a gift, the warranty may be extended to the gift recipient provided that: the original order confirmation is supplied by the original purchaser; the recipient contacts support@miron-atelier.com within 30 calendar days of first observing the defect; and all other eligibility conditions in this Section 4 are fully satisfied.
5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty expressly excludes, and MANOLI CORP LLC accepts no liability for:
- Cosmetic damage — scratches, dents, discoloration, fading, or damage to exterior surfaces, glass, leather, wood, or decorative components
- Damage from incorrect TPD settings — motor burnout or malfunction from operating outside published TPD ranges
- Water or liquid damage — any exposure to water, liquid, steam, or excessive humidity
- Physical impact damage — from dropping, crushing, striking, or physical shock
- Electrical damage — from power surges, incorrect voltage, or incompatible power sources
- Unauthorized modification or repair — any product disassembled, modified, or repaired by parties not authorized by Miron Atelier
- Normal wear and tear — gradual mechanical deterioration, pillow wear, and material aging from regular long-term use
- Non-motorized products — display boxes, watch rolls, watch trays, and non-motorized accessories are not covered
- Products from unauthorized sources — any product not purchased directly from miron-atelier.com
- Damage to watches or personal property — see Section 6 below
6. Complete Disclaimer of Liability for Watches and Personal Property
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.
MIRON ATELIER AND MANOLI CORP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR NATURE OF THE CLAIM, FOR ANY DAMAGE, DETERIORATION, LOSS, SCRATCHING, DEMAGNETIZATION, MAGNETIZATION, MALFUNCTION, ALTERATION, OR DESTRUCTION OF ANY WATCH, TIMEPIECE, MOVEMENT, CROWN, CRYSTAL, STRAP, BRACELET, CLASP, CASE, OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY PLACED IN, ON, OR NEAR A MIRON ATELIER WATCH WINDER PRODUCT.
This disclaimer applies regardless of whether such damage is alleged to arise from a manufacturing defect, motor malfunction, vibration, incorrect TPD settings, or any other cause, whether or not related to the use of a Miron Atelier product.
BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE ON MIRON-ATELIER.COM, YOU EXPRESSLY AND IRREVOCABLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT: (1) you use Miron Atelier watch winders at your sole risk with respect to any watches or personal property; (2) it is your sole responsibility to verify the correct TPD settings for your specific watch before use; and (3) Miron Atelier's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the defective Covered Product.
Miron Atelier strongly recommends consulting your watch manufacturer's official documentation or authorized service center for approved TPD specifications before use. Our TPD Guide is available as a reference.
7. Warranty Claim Process
Email support@miron-atelier.com with subject line: "WARRANTY CLAIM — [Your Order Number]". Include your full name, order number, delivery date, description of the defect, and all required video or photo evidence (Section 4.3). Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
Our team reviews your submission within 5 to 7 business days and will notify you by email. Additional documentation may be requested. If you do not respond within 14 calendar days of a request for information, your claim may be closed without further notice.
You will receive a written decision confirming either (a) approval and the available remedy, or (b) denial with the reason(s) cited. Miron Atelier's eligibility decision is final.
Upon approval, select your preferred remedy as described in Section 8. All subsequent communications are conducted exclusively via support@miron-atelier.com.
8. Approved Warranty Remedies
Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, Miron Atelier will offer the following remedies. The customer selects one (1) option:
Option A — Replacement Unit
Miron Atelier will provide a replacement unit of the same model or, if unavailable, a model of equal or greater value. To receive the replacement: you must return the defective unit to the address provided by our warranty team following written claim approval (return address is communicated only after approval). All return shipping costs are entirely at your expense and must be sent via a trackable service. Miron Atelier accepts no liability for units lost in transit during return. The replacement will be dispatched within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned unit.
Option B — Store Credit
If you elect not to return the defective unit, Miron Atelier will issue a store credit equal to 100% of the original purchase price. This credit is valid for 12 months from issuance and applies toward any purchase on miron-atelier.com.
9. Limitation of Implied Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties applicable to the Covered Products, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the two (2) year Warranty Period described in this document.
Some states and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
10. Exclusion of Consequential Damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANOLI CORP LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY: indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages; loss of profits or revenue; personal injury or property damage of any kind, including damage to any watch or timepiece; or damages of any nature exceeding the original purchase price paid for the Covered Product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
11. Your Statutory Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
- Federal (US): This warranty is issued in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.
- New Mexico: Governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable federal law.
- California: If Miron Atelier is unable to service a defective product after a reasonable number of attempts, California Civil Code § 1793.2(d) entitles you to a replacement or refund.
- United Kingdom: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this Limited Warranty.
Nothing in this warranty affects any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
