Return & Refund Policy
2. Our Resolution Priority
Miron Atelier's priority is to resolve every situation to your satisfaction. Before processing any return, our team will propose solutions in the following order:
Option A — Product Exchange (Preferred)
We will replace your item with the same model or an equivalent product. No restocking fee applies. Return shipping of the original item is at the customer's expense. The replacement is dispatched within 14 business days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
Option B — Store Credit
We will issue a store credit equal to 100% of your purchase price, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, applicable to any product on miron-atelier.com. No restocking fee applies. This option does not require returning the product.
Option C — Cash Refund
If neither an exchange nor store credit is acceptable, we will process a refund to your original payment method, subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee covers the operational costs of return logistics, product inspection, reconditioning, and restocking of heavy goods. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of product inspection.
3. Return Eligibility Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of your order. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted under this policy. If your product develops a fault after the return window, please refer to our 2-Year Motor Warranty.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition — it has not been powered on, plugged in, programmed, or had a watch placed inside it
- All original packaging is intact, including the box, foam inserts, accessories, user manual, and any other included materials
- The product shows no signs of physical damage, modification, or tampering
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
- The return request has been pre-authorized by our support team by email before the product is shipped back

6. Restocking Fee
The restocking fee is waived in full for: Product exchanges (Option A) · Store credit (Option B) · Returns due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped)
The restocking fee reflects the genuine operational costs associated with receiving, inspecting, reconditioning, and restocking returned goods, which are heavy items requiring significant handling by our logistics team.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer, except in the following case:
- Wrong item shipped: If Miron Atelier sent an incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and dispatch the correct item at no additional cost to you.
For all other returns, the customer selects and pays for the return shipping carrier. We recommend using a tracked, insured service with a reputable carrier. Miron Atelier is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
8. Refund Processing
Once a returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse:
- You will be notified by email of the inspection outcome
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time beyond our end — this is outside our control
- The 15% restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount prior to processing
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund with no fees. To request a cancellation, contact support@miron-atelier.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. The standard return process (Sections 3–7) will apply upon delivery.
10. Warranty vs. Return Policy
This Return & Refund Policy covers change-of-mind returns and order errors on unused products within 30 days of delivery.
It is entirely separate from, and does not replace, our 2-Year Limited Motor Warranty, which covers motor and winding mechanism defects on used products for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. If your product has been used and you believe it is defective, please consult the Warranty page directly.
11. International Returns
Customers returning products from outside the United States are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees associated with the return shipment. Miron Atelier will not reimburse any customs or import charges incurred during the return process. Please mark international return parcels as "Returned Goods" on all customs documentation to minimize the risk of import duties being assessed.
12. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Products that have been used (powered on, programmed, or had a watch placed inside)
- Products with physical damage caused by the customer
- Products returned without prior written authorization from our support team
- Products returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Products that are missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
13. Limitation of Liability
Miron Atelier's maximum liability in connection with any return shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a return, refusal of return, or delay in processing a refund.
