Shipping Policy
1. Company Identity
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on miron-atelier.com, operated by MANOLI CORP LLC, trading as Miron Atelier, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA. Registered address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste H, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays) from the date payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeframes
The following are estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier workload, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of dispatch.
4. Fulfillment & Warehousing
Miron Atelier operates fulfillment infrastructure across Europe, Asia, and the United States to ensure the most efficient dispatch route for your order. The warehouse from which your order is dispatched will be selected automatically based on product availability and destination country.
As a result, your order may ship from a different region than expected. This does not affect your rights under this policy, our Warranty Policy, or any applicable consumer protection laws.

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Miron Atelier covers all standard shipping costs regardless of destination or order value.
7. International Order Availability
Miron Atelier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any international order in the following circumstances: (i) the destination country is subject to trade restrictions or sanctions; (ii) reliable shipping services are not available to the destination; (iii) regulatory or compliance barriers prevent lawful delivery.
In such cases, we will notify you by email within 3–5 business days of order placement. You will receive a full refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. No further liability, compensation, or obligation shall arise on the part of Miron Atelier beyond this refund.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Miron Atelier has no control over and cannot predict these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information prior to ordering. Refusal to pay customs duties resulting in return of the parcel does not entitle the customer to a refund of the original order.
9. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you at dispatch. Please allow up to 72 hours from the time of this email for tracking information to become active on the carrier's system. If your tracking number shows no movement after 72 hours, please contact us at support@miron-atelier.com.
10. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 consecutive business days and the package has not been marked as delivered, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Investigations typically take 7–21 business days to resolve. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Miron Atelier is not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer (see Section 13).
11. Delivered But Not Received
The only protection available for delivered-but-not-received parcels is our Premium Shipping Protection insurance, which must be added to your order at checkout. Customers who have subscribed to Premium Shipping Protection may file a claim directly through our shipping protection partner.
If you did not add Premium Shipping Protection to your order, we strongly encourage you to contact your local post office, check with neighbors, and verify any safe drop locations before contacting us.
12. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, you must:
We reserve the right to request additional evidence before authorizing any replacement or credit. No claims will be accepted for damage reported more than 48 hours after the tracked delivery date.
13. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. Miron Atelier is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@miron-atelier.com. We will attempt to intercept the shipment if it has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in transit. Additional shipping costs resulting from address correction attempts will be charged to the customer.
14. Force Majeure
Miron Atelier shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver orders resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: carrier strikes or labor disputes, extreme weather events, natural disasters, port or customs blockages, government-imposed trade restrictions, sanctions, pandemics, cyberattacks affecting logistics networks, or any other event of force majeure.
In such circumstances, estimated delivery timeframes are suspended. We will communicate updates as information becomes available and will work in good faith to fulfill all pending orders as soon as conditions permit.
